Hi, I am Lian
A Product Designer
I’ve spent most of my career designing commerce products, with earlier experience across social, travel, and gaming, including two years building my own business full-time.
Over the past 10+ years, mostly in startup and growth-stage teams, I’ve worked across product strategy, business models, data, user research, and design to turn ambiguous problems into products that can ship and grow.
My recent work focuses on commerce discovery and decision-making. I’m also exploring how AI can improve both product experiences and the way we build, from scaling content and decision-making to accelerating design, prototyping, and development.
I care about building the right thing, not just designing the thing right, and about shaping product direction beyond a single feature or interface.
